Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on sneakers please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.

Refund
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact cs@snekix.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
We are unable to refund and local sales taxes and/or customs duties that have been charged however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Incorrect goods/faulty product received We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact client.care@snekix.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Shipping Information
cesasport orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in selected cities.
Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds:

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. cesasport cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:
European Union, The United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Lebanon, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain - Canary Islands, Hong Kong SAR, Egypt, Isle of Man and San Marino.
If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at checkout.
If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the destinations listed above), the price you pay to cesasport will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
SHIPPING TO USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the cesasport partner for a refund.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow its journey by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your order 222 here.
If you order from multiple cesasport partners, please bare in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
Changed your mind? Some of our Partners allow you to cancel an item before we prepare your order.
